Monthly Review – July 2018

Boy what a rollercoaster, July has not been a good month for me at all for a lot of reasons but mostly personal stress, which also put a damper on my reading. Though the few books that I did read I actually liked quite a bit. Work has been good at least, I’ve been doing better than ever and having a great time there and got promoted. The end of the month picked up, though, which makes me more optimistic for August! I ordered two book boxes, one for June and the other for this month and did not receive either in the mail yet. One fell behind due to the owner running into some personal troubles which I understand, and the other is a box from Japan and has been stuck in customs. Hopefully I get them soon, I’ve been given shipping numbers but well – yeah a huge disappointment.
